nick/gettext website branch

To continue this a bit. The colors changed to websafe colors and are
now #06c, #69f, #333 and #ccc.

The website content is also improving slowly and the po file is online
in transifex (submit disabled until we're done):

The nick/gettext branch is also online at www-test.xfce.org.

Note that I've changed the logo so it is capitalized like Xfce and
uses the new color scheme. Hopefully people like it, if you have
better idea, feel free to leave a comment or image.
