Moving binaries from libexec

Devs,

Auke pointed to the fact that libexec is not allowed anymore in fhs
2.3 (for quite a number of years actually). The most common location
for these files is $(libdir)/{xfce4,thunar,exo}/. Any objections if I
move the libexec files in the following packages (libexec usage in
xfce core): xfconf, xfce4-panel, xfwm4, xfce4-session, thunar, exo? Or
anything else I missed.
