Hi all,

I merged XfceSMClient to libxfce4ui master.  Please test and file bugs
if you find anything wrong with it.  Look at the 'libxfce4ui' branch of
xfdesktop (src/main.c) for intended usage.

Nick, I haven't removed libxfce4smclient-private; not sure if anything
is using it and you wanted to re-port them before doing so.
