xfce4-battery-plugin commit permission

Hey,

I asked for a commit permission for xfce4-battery-plugin (as i know 
there is no maintainer for it right now), so far no answer, i wanna 
upload a devkit-power branch for this plugin ( i have the code almost 
ready ), and i think it is a good idea to keep this plugin as a battery 
monitoring for people that doesn't want to use xfpm and they just want 
something simple.

Of course there's no rush, as devkit-power still unstable and suffers 
from many deficiencies, but i'm wondering why no answer yet (positive or 
negative).
