Terminal debug msg

I am using xfce (core & apps) from git on a new archlinux.
I tried to run terminal but i got this msg:

Terminal-DEBUG: No running instance found: Name "org.xfce.Terminal3" 
does not exist

Does anyone know what is this ?

PS: i know that git version is unstable (off course it is), but i am 
using git to QA the greek translation of xfce
