pre-commit-check-po.sh fails

Hi,

I was about committing a correction in the po locale names (bug #4574)
but then the hook failed for all the files I deleted.

svn: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:
/home/pollux/bin/pre-commit-check-po.sh: line 64: 1: Permission denied
svnlook: Path 'libexo/trunk/po/nb_NO.po' does not exist
[SNIP]

In fact the svn status is the following for this file (and all other
files):
A         libexo/trunk/po/nb.po
D         libexo/trunk/po/nb_NO.po

The script needs to check/pass if the file is deleted.
