libxfce4util needs 'make update-po'

I've update the libxfce4util po files a week ago and the license
changes were merged:

Will bump this to 2009 and manually update the translations.

Actually, the code is: xfce_err ("%s%s", _("Unable to load "),
authors_filename);

So the po file is up2date, but the string is not translator
friendly... Won't be changed before the release.
