Exo helper changes

Hi all,

Branch with the needed exo changes to support uri handling (using the
exo preferred applications framework) in gio is ready. Changes are:

* New GIO module.
* Added file manager preferred application.
* exo_url_show_on_screen -> exo_gtk_url_show_on_screen, drop other
exo_url_ functions since you can use gtk_show_uri() now.
* Couple of bugfixes.

If everyone if ok with this I'll merge the branch in master. Attached
a patch for thunar to make it build with the changes.
