Not really happy with the terminal things, because if the panel is
going to use this it will result in a lot of bugs and annoyed users.
Anyway, we can probably work around that using an object on top of
GDesktopAppInfo that handles this part of the code, until it is fixed
in Glib.

Maybe we can also drop the spawn code from 4ui? That would be nice.
