Too much arguments ;-). ChangeLog is just _nice to have_, not really a
medium to track code changes.

Ok makefile.am is ok, problem is, without ChangeLog building fails,
but I guess maintainer_mode is good.

Git-log looks good enough for me, but maybe that differs per component.
