Mount, unmount and eject removable devices

but we are losing functionality, 
it should be a configuration to control what options we want, 

as an example, the kde3 configuration, uses a directory where files describe the 
actions for each type of device, 
when the administrator of the system wants a new action, creates a file 
describing that,
