Mount, unmount and eject removable devices

You're kidding, right?  If the user has such a low-powered machine that
whether or not a CD is mounted makes a difference in how well the
machine runs, they're probably not going to be running Xfce, or even X
for that matter.

Regardless, adding an option for such a tiny corner case seems foolish.
