Version for 4.6.1?

Hi,

The question comes and goes from time to time, so I think it's time to
discuss that again... :)

Some components hardly ever change (e.g. xfwm4-themes,
gtk-xfce-engine), I think it's not worth the effort to artificially
bump the version number of those since nothing changed since 4.6.0.

I think it's perfectly ok to shio xfce 4.6.1 with some components
labelled 4.6.0 because they are in fact the same as 4.6.0. So I
believe it's ok to tag 4.6.1 with the same as version as 4.6.0 for
those.

The main drawback will be to remember to ship the same tarball with
the same md5sum (or shasum) as it's the same version, but beside this
little trick to remember, I don't see anything wrong with that.

Opinions?

Cheers,
Olivier.
