My two favorite backgrounds, i don't want to create a bike shed
discussion. But I would recommend to make some good themes part of the
xfce project but package all themes separated for distribution.

I would also recommend this as default background for xfce distributions
like xubuntu and xfce fedora.

But please for all package maintainers here, try to make groups of
artwork packages, don't put everything in one big package. Of course a
virtual package that link all separate packages together is fine, but
try to split artwork and themes as much as possible.
