Ristretto: Load entire folder when opening a single file on startup

Hi Stephan and others

When calling ristrett with a single filename, it will still always opens 
all image files in the underlying folder, which can be very annoying 
when the folder contains 200 tiff files of 50 mb size each....


As discussed, I created a patch against current svn (r6365) that lets 
you define the behaviour of ristretto when being called with a single 
filename: the old behaviour of opening the whole folder or, the imho 
saner approach, just opening the file specified.

Hope it's readable and would be great if you could apply it.
