RFC: Goodie addition: GVFS mount manager

I found that having "thunar" as the "FileManager" setting does not work.
I get : "Thunar: Failed to open "sftp://root@192.168.11.16/": The URI 
"sftp://root@192.168.11.16/" is invalid"

If I put "exo-open" instead, it works :) : now thunar opens 
"~/.gvfs/sftp for root on 192.168.11.16"

Do I miss something ? or exo-open should be the default ?
