Agree here. Still some points that need to be fixed:

- Xfwm4 settings plugin.
- Autostart xfce4-settings-helper.
- Xfdesktop settings plugin.
- Xfce settings manager should show all the settings (crawl the
application dirs).

If that works, there are no steps backwards (regressions due to unwritten code).
