xfce4-mixer 4.5.0 svn-r27141 doesn't mute sound when volume is set to 0

The only bug I see here is that the wrong icon is displayed. Setting
Master to 0 doesn't mute - that's normal. If you want to mute your
sound, press the mute button (or click the panel plugin button with the
middle mouse button). I'll fix the icon.
