[PATCH] allow xfwm4 to insert a new workspace next to the active WS

My apologies.  I had decided to change the Delete functionality at the last moment, and forgot to update its name on line 83 of settings.h and line 422 of screen.c.  It should be KEY_DEL_ACTIVE_WORKSPACE rather than KEY_DEL_ADJACENT_WORKSPACE.  An updated (and re-tested) patch is attached.

Again, note that it currently hijacks the Show Desktop keyboard shortcut.  I'll try to figure out where I should be adding something to be able to configure the key mappings for these keys, though if someone could point it out (or at least mention where to look), that would be much appreciated.
