Updated most of them. The ones that are missing are Terminal, Thunar,
Exo, Orage attached. Benny: if you want to release one of them and
don't have time to update the news files, please tell me.

BTW: Do we release xfce-dev-tools from trunk as 4.4.2? Wasn't really
sure. Only change is xdt-commit.
