Missing localedir in libxfce4panel-1.0.pc

Hi,

After a long time, I'm back! I was starting to work again with Xfapplet plugin,
when I noticed it doesn't compile anymore against latest libxfce4panel.

The localedir line in libxfce4panel-1.0.pc, added (a long ago) in r19874 by
Jasper because of a request of mine, was removed by Nick in r25077. This
prevents Xfapplet from compiling.

Was this modification intentional? Could it be reverted?
