Mousepad in my branch will have gtkprint support later on (but don't hold your
breath). Personally I don't think it's smart to add gtkprint in trunk or 4.4 since
they do not depend on gtk 2.10 and a whole bunch of #ifdef's doesn't make it
easier to maintain.
