Closing all these 7 bugs shouldn't take more than few minutes :-)

Others; xfce-utils seems to have fixed startxfce4 to
honor XDG_* environment variables. Also, xfce-utils seems to include
bunch of _licenses_ I would love to get clarification of. Browsed thru
all xfce and plugin tarballs and found only GPL-2 but xfce-utils
mentions things like: BSD, LGPL
