[credits#translators] Two names missing since the release of Xfce-4.4

The whole list needs updating, attached is a modified file for the 
xfce-utils package, the website takes the names from that list.

I checked all the translations moves within a year and included all the 
persons involved until the release of Xfce 4.4 on the 21th of january. 
If you think someone is missing from this list, please say so and I will 
update it. It would be great if the devs on this list could also check 
the contributors portion of the list and developers section, I only made 
changes to the translators sections.

Nick Schermer is the one responsible for the website but this has more 
to do with the original file included in the xfce-utils package and so 
if the file I am sending in gets the needed attention and is updated 
accordingly, I could also update the list on the website and not bother 
Nick with such small things.
