After Mike said working on the Panel HIG was no fun anymore on IRC, I
started thinking about it some more. The reality is, there was a
boring process around the whole thing before. Jasper tried to point
that out, but I didn't really understand until now. I think I have a
solution.
Treating the document *as a wiki* - in the sense that everyone can
edit it - removes any sort of boring process. It'll make it easier for
anyone to step up and contribute. I just went ahead and wikified the
page (I started this whole thing so I shouldn't offend too many people
in doing so).
I suggest everyone take another look at the page - give this whole
project another chance. It's shaping up quite nicely.
