Bug tags (aka keywords)

Hey,

I was wondering if we should start employing a bugzilla feature
called "keywords". It could potentially allow us to improve work flow
and lower the barrier for new contributors.

 Use Cases:

 * Mandy reports that a bug involving a crash. Jimmy, a xfce4 bug
triager, marks this bug as a "crasher". Felix the cat, an xfce4
developer, is interested in reducing the number of crashes in the
xfce4 software suite and so searches for bugs that are tagged as such.

 * Benny, an Xfce4 developer looks over a bug and notes that it is
relatively easy to fix/address and so marks the bug as "bitesize" to
indicate as such. Cody, a developer, is interested in getting involved
with Xfce4 and so looks to the "bitesize" bugs on the Xfce4 bug
tracker to get started.

With bugzilla, the admins create a set list of "keywords" so I'd like
to get some discussion going as to what keywords should be created and
if we should even employ this system.

Thanks,

Cody A.W. Somerville
