[Taskbar Plugin] Option to only show windows from current screen (for multihead systems).

Hello,
    I would like to work on this.  I've briefly looked at the source 
code for both the taskbar plugin in xfce panel and also the 
netk-tasklist source code and it looks like I would have to modify both. 
I'm wondering how difficult this would be and where I can find the 
information to get started.
