I beg to disagree here. Yes, xfdesktop is not perfect (yet?), but still,
one serious problem was identified and fixed with libxfce4util 4.4.1, so
it makes perfectly sense to make xfdesktop depend on libxfce4util 4.4.1.
There is no "artificial choice of dependecy" here, just bug fixing.
