handling audio hotkeys

Hi

there's an old request to allow volume hotkeys to work with the mixer

http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=372

There are 3 keysyms defined in X for mute toggle, lower volume and raise
volume so these can be grabbed. But unlike more conventional keysyms
these are not bound to any keycode by default. Gnome did this last I
looked by defaulting to the standard keycodes 160, 174 and 176 but
allowing the user to override them in the keyboard dialog if the
keyboard had these keyes mapped to other keycodes.

Xfce does not allow binding keycodes to keysyms so i guess a similar UI
needs to be done for this particular case (in the mixer settings maybe)
unless the user is expected to run xmodmap in the startup scripts.

any thoughts?

thanks
Jani
