A week ago Pau Ruŀlan Ferragut sent this message to the i18n mailing
list but I think that it went unnoticed:

BTW, there are others non-po files to translate?  I'm only aware of the
  listed in http://i18n.xfce.org/wiki/translatable_components

  * menu.xml.$LANG
  * modules/menu/xfce-registered-categories.xml.$LANG
