xfdesktop icon view xinerama fixes

Hi all,

Last night I committed some changes to xfdesktop SVN that should make
using the icon view on xinerama-enabled desktops (especially those where
the two screens aren't the same resolution) a bit more useful.  Should
hopefully fix two problems:

1.  Icons getting placed in 'dead zones' on the screen that has lower
resolution.
2.  Icons getting placed on the boundary between screens.

If there are problems, please file a bug report.
