Xfce System Wide default backdrop

You can install /etc/xdg/xfce4/mcs_settings/desktop.xml and set the 
imagepath_X_X fields.

One limitation I saw was that there is no systemwide and screenwide 
backdrop, so for each screen there's a separate entry.
