outdated version or buggy panel??

Hi,

I'm using the graphical installer version of xfce-4.4rc2 dated the 5th of November and I found some bugs but I'm not sure if they are still there or my version is too outdated(I bet for this one).

When I change the panel position from the panel manager(not handles) with fixed position it moves some windows with the normal width setting, or all the windows with full width. 

Changing the panel position this way sometimes make the desktop icons disappear.

Has this been reported/fixed?
