xfce goodies -> moving

now that moving SVN over is a no-brainer, we're technically ready to move the entire goodies project over to mocha. Things that need to be done:

1) all active goodies developers that do not have an https account yet on xfce.org should get one by filling in "the form" at https://foo-projects.org/node/3 (this allows me to automate the generation of accounts). Please use 'goodies' as the project name.

2) I need to setup https access and

3) the basic website at 'http://goodies.xfce.org/' needs an active maintainer

4) add a xfce-goodies at xfce.org mailinglist (if wanted, this might duplicate xfce4-dev)

Looks like we're ready to roll here. Any comments?
