xfce-mcs-manager settings syntax

I am not sure about this but I think then when you hand-config a plugin
what is written in ~/.config/xfce4/mcs_plugins/ is the whole list of 
options it supports set to defaults plus what you have changed.
I pasted parts of that output for default xubuntu configs in 
/etc/xdg/xfce4/mcs_settings
