xfce-mcs-manager settings syntax

I was also thinking about distro packagers who wants to customize the
config, change defaults, etc.
Or you suggest to change  the configuration through  the plugins and then
save the created files, or create patches from the files?
For Kiosk configs it would be nice also, I guess.
