It's 4.3.90.2 now.

Done. It'd be nice if everyone could update his packages to (a) use
XfceTitledDialog and (b) set "mcs-plugin-icon-name" on the plugin->icon
for MCS plugins. I'll do the panel since Jasper is away.

One thing left is the about dialog. I'll look at that later.
