autostart UI vs behaviour

Hi

the autostart editor shows all .desktop files in the autostart dirs
even those which have for example OnlyShowIn:Gnome, and which are not
started by xfce.
The user may have the impression that since they are checked they should
run.

I see two ways to handle it:

1) autostart-editor checks the files' contents and does not show those
which would not be started anyway

2) let the user override OnlyShowIn. I am not sure if hidden=false
should be it or another setting, as the autostart spec does not allow
this (yet?). This is of course only needed because there are apps that
provide OnlyShowIn:gnome while it could run just fine in Xfce too
(gnome-power-manager, beagle etc.)

I think a combination of 1) + app writers fix their desktop files is the
cleanest way.

thoughts?

Jani
