Shortcuts plugin for 4.4

A few days ago I wanted to set a couple of keyboard shortcuts.
I oppened the Keyboard plugin without thinking - and then I realised it was seperated.
It was in WM settings (or so I remember), and people using it will have to search for it anyway,so why not?
