Copying backdrops to ~/.config/xfce4/desktop

good idea, wrong implementation i think. the best way would be a
re-ordering or the file system structure, but i dont think theres
really anything xfce can do about it... personally, i just use
~/Documents/Wallpapers and ~/Documents/Images (or pictures) for that
stuff. although the ~/.config/xfce4 does help the clutter.
now to make other apps adopt the ~/.config directory.
