xfdesktop right click menu

Hi Brian

what do you think of making the menu items mentioned in the TODO file
an alternative to the current system-menu on right click?
Right now you can enable/disable the system menu. What about
disable implying (or having an additional option) the win95-ish popup?

BTW you can delete entry #1 of the xfdesktop FAQ and update the README 
in svn too ;)
