4.4 default look - Take 4

i think the whole theme needs to be dropped, then redone, not just
salvage parts at a time. i think the yellow is good, but the problem i
have is the application background. that yellow/green colour thing is
killing me. try to keep that grey, have a bright green (think suse)
wallpaper, then a touch of yellow on buttons and highlightings. maybe
also a nice bright green shade of titlebars?

really, themeing also needs some documentation. i tried playing
around, and got hopelessly lost, as apparently some things change,
while others do nothing, and a third thing doesnt even do whats
expected. :-P
