OT (slightly) UI/feature plans for next Xubuntu

Right, I know about the plan for 4.6 as it was mentioned it on the
Thunar list last week. But I was thinking about what can be done short
term (3-4 months)

Right, that was the idea as I stated it: xubuntu plans which Xfce devs
may want to know about. Where else would you think I should plan these?
On the Xfce wiki? Is there any such planning going on in Xfce at all?
Besides for Thunar last year I did not see anything resembling plans ;)
