Notification Daemon for Xfce

I've hacked [1] the 'Gnome' notification-daemon and replaced
libwnck by netk, gconf with libxfce4util and new make and
configure files,so everything works fine with our dev tools.

Maybe we can use this application in the future? Anyway,
if you also build libnotify [2] you can use notify-send to
popup some notifications.
