Also it doesn't look like it saves the settings properly.  I re-enabled
focus stealing prevention, and dropped the move opacity down to around
40, but it still says 60 in my config file.  I also dropped the opacity
of popup menus (which I hadn't had set at all before), and it didn't
save that in my xfwm4rc.
