Cool! One odd problem though - I have "prevent_focus_stealing=true" in
my ~/.config/xfce4/xfwm4/xfwm4rc, and it is indeed working, but the
"activate focus stealing prevention" checkbox isn't checked in the
dialog. Also, the "Opacity during..." options don't seem to work. I
have "move_opacity=60", but the slider shows up all the way at "opaque".

Hmm, actually, it looks like it "works", but it isn't reading the
current values correctly, since now that I opened the dialog, it has
reset my move_opacity to 100, and I imagine focus stealing prevention is
turned off now too.

Here are my recommendations...

1. Overall, is it normal to put periods at the end of checkbox text?
They are (in this case) sentences, but I don't think we do it elsewhere.
2. "Include hidden...": "i.e." should have periods.
3. "Activate the ALT key...": not sure "activate is the best word here,
perhaps simply "use".
4. "Remember and recall previous workspace when switching": Is this for
the keyboard shortcut toggle? Might want to say that, just append "via
keyboard shortcuts" to the label text.
5. "Size of windows for smart placement" doesn't really describe what
it does. More like... hmm... "Minimum size of windows to trigger smart
placement", perhaps?
6. "Show shadow" on both compositor options should be plural; "Show
shadows...".

Yeah, I know. I've intended to change that before 4.4, but I haven't
yet come up with a good title for it yet. I hate "Advanced", but I
can't think of a short title that describes all the items in the tab.
