How to get to the Xfce 4.4 website

Frankly, the open-source way to do this is to put the developemnt code 
up on the main site with a prominent link that says "This site is being 
worked on -- report bugs to xfce4-dev at xfce.org"

with enough eyes, all bugs are shallow, etc, etc.
