Personally I like docuwiki better than mediawiki, but I doubt I'll be
using it all that much, so whatever.  (Actually, I really don't like
wikis period, but that's another discussion.)

Yeah, but you have to mess with a bunch of files which is annoying.

Bugzilla's templating system is a bitch.  I'll take care of it.

Go for it.  I'd suggest also creating something like test.xfce.org and a
directory to check it out in /var/www/test.xfce.org/.
