Yes, better now, it does not autorepeat. It only repeats the action if I 
keep one of the buttons down and repeatedly press the other, for example
alt-f2, f2 ,f2 f2, or alt-f2 then alt,alt,alt,alt for the rundialog.
Which is ok since it's not easy to do by mistake and probably makes sense.
