Hi,
The XfApplet plugin (now available on xfce-goodies repository) still lacks a
nice icon to be displayed in the Xfce panel add items dialog. I'd like to know
if anyone here would like to help with this; all my trials using Gimp (or
whatever any other tool) just convinced me that I'm really unable to do it ;)
Anyway, I had basically two ideas for the icon:
- an icon showing both Gnome and Xfce logos (the Gnome foot and Xfce mice),
resembling the interoperability between Gnome applets and Xfce panel through
the plugin;
- an icon similar to the "xfce4-panel" one (the one showing a mice on the panel,
which appears on the "Add items" dialog of Xfce panel) showing both the Xfce
mice and the Gnome foot.
Well, these are the ideas that I had. Any other are also welcomed.
If anyone would like to contribute, please contact me.
Regards,
Adriano
